Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 188bd ("we", "us", "the Platform", "188bd") governing your access to and use of the 188bd website located at https://188bd.club and all related services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and customer support interactions.

By completing the account registration process, accessing any part of the 188bd platform, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any clause contained in these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 188bd platform and close your account.

188bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 188bd will endeavour to notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read alongside, the 188bd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between those documents and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To use the full range of services on 188bd, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number. You must ensure that this information remains accurate and up to date throughout the life of your account. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

188bd operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each individual may hold only one active account on the platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 188bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, confiscate any balances held therein, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures, 188bd may at any point request documentation to verify your identity and the source of your funds. Verification documents typically requested include:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your name and registered number, or a bank statement for bank transfer methods).

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by 188bd's compliance team may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your account. Verified accounts benefit from higher withdrawal limits and expedited processing times. 188bd treats all documentation submitted for verification with strict confidentiality in accordance with the 188bd Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 188bd recommends enabling two-step verification (2SV) via SMS OTP for an additional layer of account security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately so that your account can be secured without delay.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

188bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket season specials. All bonuses are credited in BDT. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including the bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry date — are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

Wagering requirements represent the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10–20%). The specific contribution rates are stated on each promotion's detail page.

The following general rules apply to all 188bd bonuses unless explicitly overridden by the specific promotion terms:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period stated and used before the expiry date. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is ৳500 per round or spin, unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are in play may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• 188bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, though this will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts prior to the withdrawal of the offer.
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns, hedge betting, or multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses — will result in the immediate confiscation of the bonus and associated winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

188bd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, any of the prohibited conduct described in Section 6 above, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, receipt of a valid self-exclusion request, or any other circumstance that 188bd's compliance team deems to present an unacceptable risk to the platform or its players.

Voluntary account closure: You may request the closure of your 188bd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 188bd will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate balances before closing the account. Where a bonus is active at the time of closure and the associated wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances deposited by the player (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Responsible gaming closures: Players who request account closure on responsible gaming grounds — including self-exclusion — will have their account closed immediately and will not be permitted to re-register during the self-exclusion period. Following the permanent closure of an account, 188bd retains transaction records and account data as required by applicable data retention obligations. Refer to the 188bd Privacy Policy for details of data retention periods and your rights in respect of your personal data.
